Anyone can pitch in at anytime as contestants and auditionees.

It was an hour before auditions started. Simon strutted backstage like he owned the place. "Hey guys." He said, not actually caring if anyone responded or not.

Dannii roled her eyes and sat relaxed in her chair infront of the mirror as more hairspray was applied to her hair.

Simon raised an eyebrow at her. "Anymore hairspray and you won't be able to move your face Dannii"

Dannii smirked, "Then how much have you already got on?"

"Puh-lease, I'm naturally this good looking" Simon said, being deadly serious.

Dannii rolled her eyes and laughed, "Keep wishing handsome. Keep wishing."

Cheryl snorted then turned in her chair, the make-up and hair people finished with her. She opened her mouth to speak then stopped, rethinking.

Dannii looked around the room as she saw Louis on the phone, her eyes stopped looking at Cheryl. She glared before looking away.

Simon looked from Dannii to Cheryl and back again, "Have I missed something?"

"No. i guess all that hairspray has got to your head."

Simon leans in a whispers "Well to be honest... I was kinda hoping there was some sort of animosity between you two... that way I might have been able to reveal my... less than happy feelings towards her..."

Dannii laughs and shakes her head.
A guy from the production team comes in, "10 minutes!"

Simon sighs "Gah, 10 minutes until the freakshow"

"you neve know, we might find someone good this year!"

"I doubt it. No offence but we never find anyone good. If they were good then they'd already be signed"

"We'll never find anyone good if Louis keeps going after Irish people."
Dannii laughs.
"You're needed on stage." The production member calls.
"Here it goes..."

Simon plasters on a fake smile before he walks out to greet the crowd

Dannii mumbles, "Careful, if the wind changes you'll be stuck like that."
She smiles and walks out.

Simon mumbles back, "No it wont, MY face hasn't had as much surgery as yours"

Dannii rolls her eyes before walking and standing next to Simon, giving him a sly dig.

Simon grins for the cameras and steps on her toe

Dannii sighs, "whatever." She slowly steps off the stage and makes her way to the seats.

Simon smiles and follows her, shooting daggers at Cheryl on the way

Dannii laughs and sits down inbetween Louis and Cheryl.
