The original X Factor Roleplay

The whole audience goes quiet as you can hear Simon shouting.
Dannii smiles and calms herself.

Simon walks back out and sits down before coughing awkwardly "I think that should take care of that problem"

Cheryl walks out a few minutes later looking visibly shaken.

Dannii smiles at her, sweetly but evily.

"Now, can we continue with the show Cheryl?"

Cheryl meakly nods as she sits down.

"Good"

Simon prepares to judge the next awful singer that comes onstage

A snotty scouse woman comes onto the stage.
"Hey."

-Oh God save me, not another one-

"Hey darling and what's your name?"

Dannii groans

"Kelsey Williams." (God I hope there is no one with that name in our school.)

"So Kelsey. If you could change one thing in this world what would it be?"

"Gays. I mean c'mon, thats just wrong isn't it?"

"Wrong? You think homosexuality's wrong? YOU come in here with your rollers and your tracksuit and you Ugg boots, and you think you have the right to judge GAYS? Look at you! If there's anything wrong in this world its YOU!! GET OFF MY STAGE YOU HOMOPHOBIC BITCH!!"

Dannii looks at Simon shocked and laughs.

Meanwhile Kelsey is a quivering wreck in the middle of the stage.

Everyone looks unsure what to do.

Simon glares at Kelsey. "I THOUGHT I SAID GET OFF MY STAGE!!"

Kelsey runs offstage crying.

"Right then... time for the next audition?"

Dannii sighs, "Like it could get any worse."

A girl walks on stage, she looks like a prozzie mixed with a goth and a chav hat.
"Name?"
"Rebecca Murphy."
"Okay, Becky, how old are you?"
"16."
"And can I just ask... What's with the outfit? Goth -points to hair and top- Prozzie -points to skirt and heels- and a Chav. -points to the hat- Couldn't make your mind up?"
"No. I normally wear this."
"Oh. What are you going to sing?"
"Bad things by Jace Everette."
"Okay. When you're ready."
Becky sings and aces it.
"Wow. That was great. Just one thing, if you get through tone down the wardrobe. Try jeans and a t-shirt. Live a little. But I thought your voice was great and amazing."
"Simon?" He nods. "Cheryl?" Nods. "Louis?" Nods. "And it's a yes from me. You're through to bootcamp."

Another girl walks onstage.

"Hey there, and whats your name?"
"Autumn."
"And what are you going to sing for us?"
"Once upon a Dream from Sleeping Beauty"
"Okay.. off you go then"

When she has finished rather well Simon speaks up again.

"Well I thought you were amazing, and I'm sure everyone else will agree with me. Just one question... what up with the childish choise of song and clothes?" Points to the Sleeping Beauty top. "Are you doing this for a little sister or something?"
"Nope. I just like Sleeping Beauty"
"Okay... A tad childish, but I can't fault your voice. Your through"

Dannii sighs. "Great. A day finished in Liverpool and all we got was a few Chavs, young mothers, 40 year olds an emo and a baby."

"Well thats basically what Liverpool is isn't it?"

"Guess that jokes true."
"What joke?" Louis pokes his nose in.
"Why do birds fly upside down over Liverpool? Because there's nothing in Liverpool worth shitting on."

"Hahaha!! That's a good one Dannii. What do you call a scouser in a suit? The defendant!"

Dannii laughs.

"At least we found some good people in Liverpool aye?"

"Yeah. We broguht the best outta Liverpool. And the shit can go home."

"My thoughts exactly"

Dannii smiles and stands up, "Time to go and have a drink. God knows I need it."
